Business Development Manager
With his strong ability to identify growth and revenue opportunities, Jim is responsible for the sales and management of Macadamian’s products and services within the central United States. Having spent the past 20+ years developing relationships in direct and indirect sales channels, Jim leads potential and existing clients in the discovery, education, and implementation of successful solutions for their businesses. Jim has led multiple teams successfully within fintech, healthcare and manufacturing industries by using a multi-angle approach in opportunity analysis, solution formation, and negotiations.
Raised in Europe, Mr. Harper followed his pursuits of International Business and received his B.B.A. from the University of Oklahoma. He then relocated to the Upper Midwest of the United States where he’s been located ever since. When not working, you can find him spending time with his wife and two children. Jim is an avid baseball and football fan (and prior coach!), as well as traveler.
