With a background in global management, Caroline has always enjoyed working with cross-functional teams in order to find the proper balance between addressing end-users needs and meeting the business needs and goals of her clients. Today, she’s particularly focused on applying her knowledge of designing for behavior change on all her projects.
She’s a tree-hugger. Even before biophilia became a thing, she has always preferred green scenes to urban ones and is happier when exploring the natural world, forests, parks, beaches, lakes, usually with her camera or her watercolor travel kit in her backpack.
