Senior Project Manager

As a member of Macadamian’s Project Management team, Andrea is leading the way on how to manage and organize complex healthcare projects that fall under IEC and ISO regulations. She is a passionate Agile advocate, acts internally as an Agile Coach, and has facilitated Agile transitions for a number of customers. Having extensive experience with both local and remote teams, Andrea follows a servant leadership model on her projects, striving to set her teams up for success and allow them to shine in front of the customer. She is comfortable wearing many hats on a project: Project Manager, Scrum Master, Product Owner, Business Analyst, QA, Coach, Facilitator. She takes pride in maintaining Inbox Zero and Getting Things Done with Google. Andrea is a qualified Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), IC Agile Certified Professional Agile Coach, as well as a PRINCE2 Practitioner and holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Classical Studies, summa cum laude (University of Ottawa). After hours, she practices her coaching skills on her unwitting friends and family, tries and fails to have her toddler use Kanban to manage her chores, and likes to facilitate successful escape room wins with the power of Scrum.
