Strategic Management of User Experience Design

Overview

The user experience design process ensures that your users experience simple and meaningful interactions with your product. In addition to helping you research and profile your users, it helps you design stunning user interfaces that are both attractive and simple to use.

This course will show you how to introduce User Experience Design (UXD) to your organization, integrate UXD into your development process, and manage UXD activities.

Our qualified instructors will teach you the benefits of introducing a UXD process, explain how to get started, and help you to develop a long-term strategy for UXD. You will come away armed with a set of processes and techniques for research, design and product evaluation within the context of UXD and a business plan for integrating these into your organization.
