What We Do
Our interaction experts are industry-recognized leaders in usability and usability testing. We’ll help you determine how easy your product or service is to use – be it a web site, a physical product, enterprise software or a business process. Before your product or service goes live, and before extensive development resources are committed, we’ll perform usability tests to identify gaps between your goals and the actual experience delivered.

Usability Test Scripting
Our usability analyst will work with your team and your users to develop a test script of common tasks to be performed using the product. We then develop a profile of the target market user(s) and, based on that profile, work with you to recruit test participants.
For brand-new products, we will develop prototypes to obtain user feedback. The test participant is asked to give feedback on the flow of the processes, the overall look and feel, navigational issues, terminology used, color and graphics. We will also conduct an experience test during development to ensure that our software development team is aware of user expectations.
In-Person and Remote Testing
Macadamian has test labs in Ottawa, Canada and have also conducted testing throughout Canada and the United States. We are also experienced at remote testing of web-based products using online tools. Where viable, remote testing is a cost-effective way to access widely dispersed or hard-to-capture end users.
