Director of Healthcare Software Development
Geoff is Macadamian’s Director of Healthcare Software Development specializing in healthcare software and is responsible for technical leadership, technology partnerships, and sales engineering. Geoff thrives on working with clients to identify and deliver the right solution for their individual needs. His career as a software professional has focused on delivering highly complex mobile and server side technology solutions. Geoff is happiest when pushing the technology envelope by doing things that haven’t been done before. He has a Bachelor of Information Technology with Honours from the University of Queensland, Australia. When he’s not coding, you can find Geoff on the backpacking trails.
Senior Healthcare Architect
Yanick is a consultant with over 20 years of experience in the architecture design, integration and implementation of enterprise-wide information systems for the healthcare industry. Yanick has been involved in all areas of the system development life cycle including project management, requirements definition, architecture, system design, development, implementation, training and post-production support. Yanick has worked for consulting firms, healthcare vendors and healthcare institutions such as DINMAR Consulting, The Ottawa Hospital, All Children Hospital, Bassett Healthcare, Virginia Mason Medical Center, TELUS Healthcare solution. While working for DINMAR, Yanick was the Lead Architect for the OACIS EHR. He was also involved in the integration of most large EHR such as Meditech, Cerner, EPIC with ancillary system and national laboratory, like Quest care360, with MYCA’s HelloHealth. Yanick also served as the Director of Research and Development for MED2020 Healthcare Software and CTO of Nimbus Technology; giving him a balanced perspective on goals, realistic outcomes and budget.
