Braebon Medical: Create the data capture and analysis software for Braebon's sleep monitoring product

Situation. Braebon’s MediPalm sleep monitoring device stands to become a standard tool in sleep clinics in Canada and worldwide. In order to better concentrate on the hardware design and embedded software of the MediPalm, Braebon contracted Macadamian to complete the software application that converts the collected data into human-readable form.
Solution. Macadamian created the Windows desktop application that analyzes the data gathered by the MediPalm and outputs the results as charts and graphs on a Windows computer. Macadamian's Windows experience and Braebon’s hardware expertise complimented each other perfectly.
Benefits. This project was an efficient use of Braebon’s resources. Braebon’s strength is hardware development, and with Macadamian developing the software, Braebon could focus on its core business. Braebon did not have to create, maintain, and manage an internal software development group.
